π Let’s look into P5SN π
This half term, P5SN have been learning all about Ancient Egypt in our topic work. We have been using different ways to find facts, including researching on the computers in the ICT Suite and using fact books in class, to help improve our report writing. In ICT, we have been using Scratch to practise our coding skills and create fun programmes. πͺπ
In Maths, we have been investigating right angles and spotting them in different shapes and around the classroom. ππ
In PE, we are loving our gymnastics lessons, especially jumping on the vaults and practising safe landings on both feet. π€ΈβοΈβ
Last Friday, we held our St Brigid’s Cross workshop and invited our parents and family members to join us. We had the best time and loved sharing our learning together. βοΈπ

Our classroom turned into a geometry lab this week as we dove deep into the world of quadrilaterals. We moved beyond the textbook to explore these four-sided shapes through hands-on investigation and some fresh air.
We’ve had a helping hand this week! π
Today in PDMU, we had a super fun lesson all about doodles! π Did you know that doodles aren’t just random scribbles? They can show how we’re feeling and even a little bit about our personality! π
