We had a great day enjoying the festivities in school before we devoured our beautiful Christmas Dinner.
Our kitchen staff experienced great difficulties this week due to electrical problems in the kitchen, however despite all obstacles our amazing dinner ladies served over 300 beautiful Christmas dinners today. We wish to extend our thanks to the ladies in the canteen for their hard work all week.
We also wish to thank our PTA for giving every child in the school a selection box today.
Thank you to everyone who attended our Open Night.
It was great to welcome so many people into our school and get to know a lot of new and wonderful children and families.
We wish to remind you that if you missed the opportunity to visit last night, you are invited into our school for our Open morning this Friday between 10.45 and 11.45am.
Congratulations to Max who was invited to the Down Arts Centre today to collect a prize for his efforts in their recent ‘Odd One Out’ competition.

Have a lovely weekend.
Today we had a special whole school assembly, during which we made a presentation to Canon Murray in recognition of his installation as Canon.
We are very grateful to have Canon Murray as our school chaplain; he always makes a great effort to visit our school and celebrate our Catholic faith and he works very hard to help prepare the children for their Sacraments.
As a school community, we are all very proud Canon Murray has been recognised for his dedication and service to the faith.
