  • Thank you Mr Vance

    Today we say a huge thank you to Mr Vance as he steps down after over 30 years of dedicated service on our school’s Board of Governors.

     

    Over the years, he has played a vital role in supporting school leaders, helping to shape the school’s future and always putting our pupils first.

     

    Thank you, Mr Vance, for your commitment, dedication, and lasting contribution to our school community. We wish you all the very best for the future! 👏

  • Principals Award

    Today, on behalf of Mr Robinson, Mrs Rodgers awarded our outstanding recipients of the prestigious Principal’s Award! 🏆

     

    We have been focusing on Setting a Good Example and these pupils have truly shone by modelling everyday their kindness and respect for others and turning challenges into learning opportunities so others feel the confidence to do the same.

     

    We are incredibly proud of these pupils for leading by example and demonstrating the importance of setting a good example every day. Keep up the amazing work! 🌟

  • Summer Music Recital

    Our talented musicians enjoyed a celebration of their musical achievements this school year. We were treated to singing performances, violin and guitar. We are so proud of the incredible progress our pupils have made and how much their confidence has grown.

     

    A special word of thanks to the GHMusicSchool tutors, Gillian, Cillian and Lisa, for helping nurture the love and enjoyment of music in our school.

  • PTA end of year disco

    A huge thank you to our amazing PTA and all of our wonderful parents for your support in making our End of Year Disco such a fantastic success! 🎉

     

    We had a ball! A night filled with laughter, dancing, and lots of fun. The children had an amazing time creating special memories with their friends, and none of it would have been possible without your help and support.

  • Uniform Swap

    Uniform Swap / Malartú na hÉide Scoile 👕♻️

     

    Non-Uniform Days: Wednesday 24th of June onwards

     

    Pre-Loved Uniform Drop Off Days: Wednesday 24th & Thursday 25th of June @ ‘An Rós Buí’ (IMU)

     

    Pre-Loved Uniform Collection Days : Monday 29th & Tuesday 30th of June @ ‘An Rós Buí’ (IMU)

     

    We are delighted to announce that we will be hosting our annual Uniform Swap at the end of June. From Wednesday the 24th of June onwards, children can wear their own clothes to school to allow us to prepare for the event.

     

    Pre-loved uniforms can be left into and collected from the ‘Rós Buí’ room in the Irish Unit. Any uniform items that are in good condition can be donated - school shoes, dresses, skirts, tops, cardigans, jumpers and PE kits. All donations are greatly appreciated and will help support families in our school community!

  • Primary 6 Visit Blackwater

    Our Year 6 pupils had a fantastic day at Blackwater Integrated College on Thursday! They took part in a variety of engaging activities across a range of subjects and thoroughly enjoyed every one of them.

  • P4 Make music

    Our Corridors Are Alive with the Sound of… Recycling! ♻️🐙

     

    As part of their topic, “Our Wonderful World,” our amazing P4 children have been busy turning everyday plastic items from home into fantastic, working musical instruments!

     

    Our incredible P4 Junk Orchestra treated us to a spectacular performance. From plastic bottle shakers to milk carton drums, their creations were absolutely magical, and their wonderful music brought smiles to everyone's faces! 🥳🌟

     

    By finding clever ways to reuse and recycle our plastic, our P4 eco-heroes are doing their part to make sure plastic stays out of our oceans and away from our precious marine life. 🌊🐋🐢
