    🔍 Let’s look into P1LA 🔎

Primary 1LA has been very busy this term. They became scientists and made dinosaur volcanoes when Eurekaseekers visited them. Some were brave enough to taste citric acid!

In Numeracy they have been working together to sort items in intersecting Venn Diagrams and discuss their findings.

When the sun finally arrived they enjoyed creating outdoor dens together, collaborating, discussing and planning their shelters.

They have been on the move with their Literacy, reading the room, spotting high frequency words and using their skills to spell words in the sun! What a talented bunch!

They are now looking forward to performing poems and songs for Lá Glas and the upcoming Speech Festival. Well done Primary 1!

To mark the beginning of Advent, Primary 1 were visited by the Kindness Elves. They arrive every year to celebrate how caring and kind our children are.

This year, we decided to donate some toys to Saint Vincent de Paul. In doing so, we learned about how other children can have fun with our toys and how this raises money to help others. Along with Rang 1/2, we were welcomed with our donations. The children have shown the true spirit of Christmas, thinking of others. We are so proud of them! 💚💛
