    We had a busy but brilliant week this week; we celebrated World Teacher Day and our Year 6/7 boys had a successful start to their Canon Esler Competition campaign. 

    Next week our Year 6/7 girls have a gaelic blitz, netball coaching starts for all Year 5 and 6 girls and our Cross Country club runners are off on to compete in their first race.

  • Celebrating Canon Murray

    Today we had a special whole school assembly, during which we made a presentation to Canon Murray in recognition of his installation as Canon.

    We are very grateful to have Canon Murray as our school chaplain; he always makes a great effort to visit our school and celebrate our Catholic faith and he works very hard to help prepare the children for their Sacraments.

    As a school community, we are all very proud Canon Murray has been recognised for his dedication and service to the faith.

    We had a wonderful week this week and warmly welcomed the return of our many in school clubs and PYC. Please remember all clubs should be pre booked via School Money.

    This week we have had a fantastic week and really enjoyed getting stuck into homework, our beginning of year Mass and beginning to save with the Credit Union.

    Next week we are really looking forward to our Year 1 & 7 photographs, our KS1 and KS2 coding workshops and finishing the week with our European Languages Day/ Lá na dTeangacha Eorpacha on Friday. Pupils can come to school (on Friday) dressed in the colour of the country associated with their class.

    This week we have had a fantastic week welcoming all our pupils back to school for the new academic year. We have really enjoyed meeting our new classes, welcoming our year 1 classes and seeing all our friends.
