Parents and Guardians
The Parents and Guardians of our pupils are highly valued members of our school community. We endeavour to develop strong, meaningful relationships with our Parents and Guardians as we believe this plays a key role in the holistic development of a child.
We are committed to offering a range of support to our Parents and Guardians;
Curriculum Evening
In the first term we will hold a Curriculum evening for parents. This gives parents an insight into the variety of learning opportunities, topics, and educational visits your child will experience in Primary School and within the local community.
Parent Communication
Throughout the year we produce a Weekly Update which contains important information and updates about school life to allow Parents / Guardians to be more involved in their child’s educational journey. This Weekly Update will be available both on our website and on our Facebook Page at the end of each week.
Seesaw App
In addition to the digital learning platforms used by individual classes, parents will receive an individual code at the beginning of the school year to access their child’s personal journal on Seesaw. Seesaw is a very interactive app between parents and School, which allows both parents and teachers to send messages to each other via a safe, secure, and convenient method. Parents will receive regular announcements, newsletters, and information throughout the year on this app.
